How long will my order take to ship?

Most items are made when your order is placed. Though the time can vary, small orders (like a hat or scarf) may take 1-2 weeks to process. Large orders (i.e. a bulk order of hats, or a crocheted blanket) may take 3-6 weeks to process. Hand-knit blankets will take 1-2 weeks to process. What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping varies by weight:

• 0.1lb-1lb: $3.50

• 1.1lbs-3.9lbs: $7.00

• 4lbs+: $15
  

What material are the products made from?

Most products are made from synthetic fibers, such as acrylic, polyester, and chenille. Some are made from naturally occurring fibers, like cotton, alpaca and wool.

Why is there price variation within the same products?

Pricing will vary depending on the type of material used. Wool and alpaca fibers will be more costly than cotton and synthetic fibers. Variance may also occur due to sizing; bigger blankets will be higher in price than smaller ones.

How can I hand wash my items?

1. Wash in room temperature, soapy water.

2. Rinse and ring as much water out as you can.

3. Lay flat to dry.

   • Spot treating can be best depending on the item. This method is best for smaller items (i.e. hats, scarves, tapestries).

How can I machine wash my items?

1. Wash with like colors.

2. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry (laying to dry is best for the integrity of your items).

   • This method is best for larger items.

How else can I care for my items?

• Most fibers will stretch with heat, so laying flat to dry is best.

• Snagged stitches should not be cut, but pulled into the inside of your item to avoid further damage.

• Lint rolling will keep your items looking fresh!

• In order to maintain integrity, do NOT put faux fur pom poms in the washer or dryer.
